Fall is inspired by the Autumn colour in my own garden and the rural areas of my home county of Northumberland England. It is made from selected wall and floor tiles. Thebark has been carved into the trunk and branches to provide some texture and all the leaves are hand cut. The trees and and leaves are risen slightly from the back ground to give the piece more depth. The piece is all about the colours of Autumn and the movement of the leaves. it captures a beautiful time of the year which is with us for just a few weeks. It has a black background to highlight the colour of of the leaves as they are caught by the wind and float to the ground. Fall is designed for indoor use only and is not suitable for damp conditions. It is a large mosaic and requires installation by a skilled person with the appropriate fittings the wall construction it has a multi bonded plywood substrate. THIS LARGE STUNNING, WITH HIDDEN DEPTHS LIVING ARTWORK HAS ALSO NOW BEEN INCLUDED AS PART OF MY JAN THE WINTER SALE COLLECTION FOR CLIENTS OUT THERE TO GIVE A LIVING IMAGE ON THEIR WALL RE-CREATING THE BEAUTY OF WINTER,BUT FROM THE COMFORT OF THERE OWN LIVING ROOM.
