Artwork Description:

Time to act is a conceptual representation of plastic pollution floating on the oceans of the world,to the detriment of the planet,s marine life and ultimately mankind. The circles represent the world being engulfed as a result of marine pollution which has now reached a pivotal point in time. This piece of art was inspired by a documentary on global marine pollution and its consequences. This indoor monochrome mosaic is constructed with gloss ceramic tiles in white and shades of grey with a black grout. It is finished with a matt black wooden frame. The substrate is a multi bonded plywood,with integral hanging furniture.
