Artwork Description:
This mixed technique print used the genres of silkscreen, digital, and monoprint. The work was hand printed and published by the artist at The Center for Works on Paper in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Please note that this etching is shipped to the collector without a frame or mat. This keeps the price low and allows the collector personal choice in mat selection and framing. A sturdy cardboard box is employed for shipping the work. The etching is first wrapped in two layers of acid free glassine and then placed between two archival boards. This is next placed into the shipping carton and securely packed with bubble wrap. The Absolute Arts Dot Com price includes all handling costs, shipment supplies, and the cost of the shipment box. Mailing costs are added. This print is mounted on RivesBFK white paper and includes a new type of printmaking technique I am currently pioneering using multiple scanners and photography. The materials are varied and include water base silkscreen ink coupled with computer inks. The print size is 15 high x 11 wide This one-of-a-kind print explores the nexus between Chartres Cathedrals meditation labyrinth and the Vitrius Man sketched in DaVincis Notebook. This connection relates to The Holy Grail and the mysterious murders of The Order of the Knights Templar and The Order of the Knights of the Falcon by the Pope.
